Questions before you send
Do you buy watches without box and papers?+
Yes. Box and papers affect the price, not whether we buy. We are more interested in whether the case is unpolished and the dial original.
What if the watch is not as described?+
We tell you exactly what we found, revise the offer, and you decide. If you decline, the watch goes back to you fully insured at our cost — no fee, no argument.
How does the trade-in premium work?+
If you put the full offer value towards a piece from our case, we add 4% to the offer. It is applied automatically at invoicing; you do not need to ask.
Can you sell it for me instead?+
We take a limited number of consignments on high-value references. Commission is 8% and we agree a floor price in writing before the piece is listed.
