The authentication protocol
Eight checks, in the same order, on every single piece. If one fails, the watch is returned to the seller — we do not discount our way around a problem.

- 08Pressure test to the rated depth, gaskets replaced where required
Guaranteed genuine
We do not write a warranty of our own, and we would rather say so than print one that means less than it looks. What we guarantee, in writing and without a time limit, is that the piece is authentic and as described. Any warranty on top of that is the maison’s, and whether it still runs is a question about the year the watch was first sold.
- Written guarantee of authenticity, for as long as you own the piece
- Rolex covers five years from its own first sale — a 2022 watch or later usually still has cover
- Most other houses give two years, which a pre-owned piece has often outlived
- We give you the exact expiry on a reference before you buy, and the card travels with the watch
Service
A full service on a modern automatic runs nine days on average, not the six weeks a manufacturer boutique quotes. We disassemble, clean, replace worn parts, re-lubricate, regulate to chronometer tolerance and pressure test.

Shipping & insurance
Every shipment is fully insured to the declared value with signature on delivery. For the Balkans we settle duty and local VAT at dispatch under DDP, so the courier never asks you for money at the door.
