Dispatch
Orders confirmed and settled before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same working day. Each watch is timed, pressure tested and photographed once more before it is packed.
Methods and cost
Insured DHL Express is included in every price: two to four working days across the EU and the Balkans, fully insured, signature required. A private courier is available for €290 where a piece is hand-carried to your door.
Duties
Within the EU nothing further is due. Into the Balkans we ship DDP — duty and local VAT are paid by us at dispatch. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are quoted individually before the order is confirmed.
Tracking and insurance
You receive a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves. The shipment is insured for the full invoice value; we never under-declare, as this would void the cover. If a parcel is delayed or lost, we replace or refund — you do not deal with the carrier.
