How it works

Seven steps, in this order.

You can see exactly which of them your watch is on at any time, from your account.

  1. 01

    Service request

You tell us what the watch is and what it needs.

Brand, model and reference, its condition as you see it, the work you think it wants, and photographs of the piece — dial, caseback, bracelet and any fault you can show us. Nothing is committed at this stage.

  2. 02

    Ownership verification

Valid ID and proof that the watch is yours.

A government-issued ID and a proof of ownership — the original purchase invoice, a warranty card in your name, or an insurance schedule listing the piece. This is required, and it is not a formality: it is how we make certain a stolen watch never reaches our bench. Your documents go to encrypted private storage, are read only by the person checking them, and are never published anywhere on this site.

  3. 03

    Watch verification

We check the piece against its papers.

We review the reference and serial against the documentation you supplied and against the manufacturer’s records for that production year. Anything that does not reconcile is raised with you before the watch travels.

  4. 04

    Service & quote

A fixed price, approved by you before any work starts.

Once verified, the watch goes to our service partner in Germany for assessment. You receive an itemised estimate covering parts and labour. No paid work begins until you have approved that figure — if you decline, the watch comes straight back to you.

  5. 05

    Payment

You settle the approved amount securely.

Payment is taken against the approved quote only. The amount cannot change afterwards without a fresh estimate and a fresh approval from you.

  6. 06

    Servicing in Germany

The work is carried out, and you are kept informed.

Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, replacement of worn parts with manufacturer components, lubrication, reassembly, regulation across positions, and pressure testing. You receive status updates as the work progresses.

  7. 07

    Return

Insured return, with the service documentation.

The watch is returned to you fully insured and tracked, with the service report and the warranty covering the work carried out.
