What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus anything you write in the notes field. When you send an enquiry or a sell request we collect what you type into the form. When you subscribe to the list we collect your email address only.
Your cart, saved pieces and recently viewed watches are stored in your browser, on your device. They are never sent to us until you place an order.
Why we collect it
To fulfil the contract (delivering a watch, honouring a warranty), to answer your enquiry, and to meet legal record-keeping obligations for high-value transactions. Marketing email is sent only with your explicit consent, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and shares nothing with data brokers. With your consent, and only then, it uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to count which pages are visited and how visitors arrive; you can withdraw that consent at any time from the cookie settings at the foot of every page. Server logs retain IP addresses briefly for abuse prevention.
Retention and your rights
Order records are kept for ten years as required by tax and anti-money-laundering law. Enquiries are kept for two years. Newsletter data is deleted on unsubscribe.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@dariewatches.co. We answer within 30 days.
