Do I pay customs when a watch is delivered to Serbia?+
No. Orders into Serbia are shipped with duty and VAT already paid by us, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
How long does delivery to Serbia take?+
Two to four working days by DHL Express, free of charge. Orders paid before 15:00 CET leave the same working day.
How do I pay from Serbia?+
By bank transfer, which carries no fee, or by card up to €25,000. Prices are shown in euro.
Can I see the watch before I buy?+
Yes. Ask, and we send photographs of the individual watch, a video of it running and its papers, usually the same working day.
Are the watches authentic?+
Every piece is checked on our bench before it is listed, and its authenticity is guaranteed in writing for as long as you own it.
