Royal Pop

The Royal Pop is not a wristwatch. Audemars Piguet and Swatch took the Royal Oak's octagonal bezel, its eight hexagonal screws and its Petite Tapisserie dial, and built them into a 40 mm Bioceramic pocket watch that clips onto a calfskin lanyard, hangs from a bag, or stands on a desk mount. Inside is the first hand-wound version of Swatch's SISTEM51 — fifteen active patents, a Nivachron balance spring and 90 hours of reserve, with the mainspring barrel cut open so the coil is visible through the sapphire caseback. Released 16 May 2026, in eight colourways, each named after the word for "eight" in a different language.

Listed on 19 September 2026. Sourced through our German dealer network and inspected on arrival in Skopje: movement opened, serial cross-checked against the manufacturer’s records, case measured against factory tolerances, and the timing logged over 24 hours in six positions. Nothing leaves the bench until it passes.
